At So Fresh Clothing, we want you to stay sharp in your new gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the clothing remains in unworn, mint condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
